The European End Seal Shrink (EESS) is a multi functional heater tunnel designed to run after any shrink packaging machine. The EESS is used to proportionally shrink films across the top and bottom of the package and draw the end seals below the tray lip, this results in tightly wrapped leak proof packages with minimal distortion of printed graphics, even on high profile items. The EEESS utilises servo driven heater enclosures on the underside of the machine that follows the package as it travels through the machine, this maximises the heat in necessary areas around the end seals.  A third heater blows down on the top of the product shrinking the film on the top of the package. A heat recovery system is incorporated within the machine to reticulate heat thus minimising wastage, This is proven to reduce electrical usage.
