The SX40 Film
Sandwich Sealer machines is a high volume semi-automatic
conveyor film sealing machine.
The machine has a
proc roller and cutting station to produce individual sealed
containers with a trimmed heat ess uses a heated sealed film
lid. Popular as a sandwich pack sealer the machines
will seal many other types of packaging over a wide range of
lengtSX. Up to 44 sandwich packs per minute can be sealed on
dual line platens on the SX40. The dual heaters on the SX50
allow speeds of up to 90 packs sealed per minute The SX40
runs at a fixed speed. The SX50 has a variable conveyor
speed to match production demands. There is the option of a
stand available to suit the SX40.
