The TDF 500 and TDF 1000 tray sealers complete Colimatic's range of machines. Solid, small and functional they represent the ideal solution to anyone for packing plastic trays. Vacuum-gas option is available to prolong shelf life. TDF 500 - 500 VG Sealing Machine: For closing aluminium or plastic containers by stapling or sealing. It can handle plain aluminium foil or complex lacquer-coated aluminium, polyethylene-coated paper, or PET/PE. The machine can be equipped with a device for packing in a controlled atmosphere, vacuum packing, and a photo-electric cell for printing centering. A die-cutting unit is fitted on the machine to cut the upper film. The machine is also equipped with a series of front devices for controlling parameters such as sealing time, pressure and temperature. Film sealing, cutting and feed operations are fully automatic. You only need to position the container in the die, press it under the sealing section and extract it. Die replacement time: approx. 10 minutes.
