Thermoforming - Horizontal automatic packing machines (HFFS) utilising base pack formation and top film lid sealing within the machine.  All of our thermoformers use two film rolls, base web and top web, usually different materials to create either a flexible or rigid package.  Blades and punches individualise the packs from the roll stock base film. Our comprehensive Thermoformer range from the small and compact Thera 250 to the multi functional modular Thera 650FV gives you the flexibility to add options that meet your individual packaging needs.  Specialist Thermoformers with shrink films are also available for specific food products.
