Total packaging systems have launched a comprehensive range of entry level manual Tray Sealers. The TS range of universal top seal machines are designed to pack a variety size trays from small cups to large ready meal style trays.   Manufactured from stainless steel the TS range of sealers have adjustable temperature controls and quick change tooling. A profile cut model is also available for a professional all around cut. The semi automatic range aimed at medium output facilities start with the rotary RT900, which features profile cutting around the tray.  The fully automatic range utilise inline technology for minimal operator interface delivering optimal packaging results, MAP options are also available on both the semi and fully automatic ranges. The principle of Tray Sealing is the affixing of a top film onto a pre-made plastic or paper based tray.  The top film lid is sealed on all walls of the tray that protrude above the level of the product inside. All of our tray sealers use heat to perform this process, and can seal a wide variety of different film materials such as PET, EVOH or PE.  Our Tray Sealers are extremely versatile and simple to operate enabling a wide variety of products such as food & medical devices to be packaged.  To complement our TS Tray Sealers we also have the Oliver T1208 and T1308, suitable for sealing both plastic and paper based trays. Bullseye Distributors incorporation with Oliver Products have developed a system known as 'Oli-pak'. This combines a comprehensive selection of single and multi compartment environmentally friendly paper pulp trays, with a range of simple to use sealing machines. The machines can cater for all sizes of meal producers, ranging from the T1208 aimed at small throughput to the T1808 for larger operations.
